The Seward Park Oral History Project
If you are a long-term resident of the Lower East Side, get your voice
heard in the Seward Park Oral History Project. We’ll ask you about your
memories of the neighborhood, about neighborhood change, and about
the SPURA site. You don’t need to know anything about SPURA to be
interviewed – just be a community resident with something to say about
the place where you live. Please help us document the important history
of our neighborhood by contacting our lead interviewer: Kara Becker,
